Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient dialysis care to chronic patients in a busy clinical setting.
- Work rotating shifts including weekends, with varied hours from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Maintain compliance with trauma level 1 protocols and patient-to-nurse ratios of 1:9.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment details accurately within the EMR system.
- May be asked to work every other Saturday at another facility nearby.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Vermont.
- Recent EPIC EMR experience (within the past 2 years).
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
- Ability to provide complete employment history, including all gaps over 90 days.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior dialysis nursing experience in a chronic outpatient setting.
- Familiarity with trauma protocols and patient management in a Level 1 trauma facility.
- Reliable transportation, especially during winter months; snow tires recommended from November to April.
