Registered Nurse ICU
Job Title
- Registered Nurse - ICU

- Columbus, OH
Schedule / Job Type
- Night shifts, 36 hours per week, weekends only, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care nursing to patients in various ICU settings.
- Float between units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU based on staffing needs.
- Ensure patient safety and deliver evidence-based care within unit policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans.
- Maintain documentation in electronic health records with proficiency in EPIC.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
- Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system.
- Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience.
- Ability to float within units of equal or lower acuity according to float policy.
