Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the clinical team.
- Document care activities accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina LPN license.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in geriatrics or long-term care.
- BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or LTC facility.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to float to different units if required.
