• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, developing personalized treatment plans
• Assess patient conditions and adjust therapy plans accordingly to promote recovery
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and injury prevention techniques

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience with orthopedic or neurological rehabilitation
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
