Key Responsibilities
• Perform echocardiograms and ultrasound procedures on adult patients
• Assess and ensure quality imaging for accurate diagnoses
• Operate and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment
• Collaborate with cardiologists and medical team to deliver patient care
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation within electronic health records system
Required Qualifications
• ARDMS or CCI registered as a Sonographer or Echocardiographer
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of cardiovascular imaging experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Flexibility to handle varied start times and occasional call duties
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with Epic EMR system is a plus
• Ability to float to different hospital units, including Mission Laguna, if needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
