Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Monitor and manage patients using telemetry and dysrhythmia management techniques.
• Administer IV medications including insulin and heparin protocols.
• Perform renal failure management and administer blood products as needed.
• Manage airway interventions with non-invasive methods such as CPAP/BIPAP and oxygen therapy.
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC or equivalent electronic health records systems.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an emergency or acute care setting.
• Valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications.
• Experience in telemetry, stepdown, and trauma care.
• Ability to manage cardiac and vasoactive drips, including titration.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with wound care and wound vac management.
• Proficiency in tracheostomy care and rapid response team protocols.
• Familiarity with renal failure protocols and invasive airway management.
