Job Title

- Full-time, Day shift, Contract (13 weeks)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized wound care management to patients according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Evaluate patient wounds and develop appropriate treatment plans to promote healing.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on wound care procedures and post-discharge care.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wound care nursing within a specialized setting.
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- Wound Care Certification (such as CWCN or CWON).
- No local candidates within 50 miles of Atlanta.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with ostomy care (optional but beneficial).
- Strong assessment and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
