Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within a secure correctional environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct assessments and draw blood as part of standard procedures.
- Collaborate with medical triage personnel to ensure effective communication with family members.
- Be flexible to float and assist at other facilities as needed.
- Work every other weekend to support facility operations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license.
- Experience performing assessments in a healthcare setting.
- Skill and experience in phlebotomy/blood draws.
- Ability to work in a secure, confined environment with security restrictions.
- Willingness to float between facilities if required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior correctional healthcare experience.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a shift-based schedule.
