Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare team to support patient diagnosis.
• Adapt to rotating shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of MLS/Medical Technologist experience.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or equivalent credentials.
• Proficiency in laboratory testing and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in hospital or clinical laboratory settings.
• Ability to handle rotating shift schedules confidently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
