Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess patients' communication and swallowing abilities to develop appropriate treatment plans
• Implement therapy programs aimed at improving patients' speech, language, and cognitive-communication skills
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations in a SNF setting
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual patient needs
