Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to adult patients in a Level 1 trauma and teaching hospital.
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize treatments, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, interpret diagnostic data, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of three years of ER nursing experience
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong patient assessment and crisis management skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level 1 trauma or teaching hospital environment
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
