Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment routines and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience working as a physical therapist, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy practices and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
