Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients, including ventilator management and oxygen therapy.
• Work primarily during night shifts, with some weekend shifts as scheduled.
• Manage patient care using GE ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality respiratory care.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in Epic electronic health record system.
• Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 1:4, ensuring individualized care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) license.
• CPR certification.
• Previous experience working with ventilators and respiratory equipment.
• Ability to work night shifts and adhere to schedule.
• Strong documentation skills in Epic EHR system.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred.
• Prior travel therapy experience a plus.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
