Therapist - Respiratory Therapist
Location: Little Rock, AR
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts, every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Float to various pediatric units as needed to ensure patient care coverage.
• Operate and monitor EPIC electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and safety procedures to ensure patient well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) license; CRT is not acceptable.
• Must test negative for nicotine.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Ability to work night shifts and on a rotating basis, including every other weekend.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Pediatric respiratory care experience preferred.
• Flexibility to float within pediatric units as needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
