Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Take patient histories and perform physical assessments
• Support occasional critical care patients and handle on-call duties
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in medical-surgical or acute care settings
• Comfortable managing occasional critical care patients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
