• Full-time, temporary (13-week assignment)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab/EP, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately.
• Educate patients and their families about procedures, medications, and post-care instructions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care tailored to individual needs.
• Adhere to organizational and ANA standards, demonstrating clinical independence and ongoing professional development.

Required Qualifications

• State RN license or compact license in good standing
• Current BLS certification via AHARN
• Current ACLS certification via AHA
• Willingness to work days, including every third or fourth weekend and on-call as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

• One year of experience in a critical care or cardiac cath lab setting preferred
• Ability to work independently while managing complex patient needs
• Strong documentation and patient education skills
