Key Responsibilities

• Perform therapy evaluations and treatments for patients in the acute care setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using Meditech EMR
• Provide wound care and inpatient rehabilitation services as needed
• Support patient recovery and improve functional outcomes through therapy interventions

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Texas
• At least 1 year of acute care therapy experience
• Ability to perform therapy evaluations and treatments effectively
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with Meditech EMR
• Flexibility and empathetic approach to patient care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Wound care experience
• Inpatient rehab experience
• Prior experience working in a hospital environment
• Knowledge of therapy procedures and patient assessment techniques
