Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location: Washington Court House, OH

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shift (7:00 pm – 7:00 am), 36 hours per week, every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care by developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, physicians, and patients' families to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Manage patient care for up to 3 ICU step-down or 4 medical/surgical patients.
• Maintain confidentiality and make independent or collaborative decisions regarding patient care.
• Work under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and the indirect oversight of the Director of Nursing.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Ability to work night shifts and manage multiple patient cases.
• Strong clinical skills and professional nursing competency.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience managing patients with DKA, alcohol withdrawal, Cardizem drips, or AFIB.
• Knowledge of ICU/PCU/Stepdown protocols and procedures.
