Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and manage pain.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment exercises and care protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy modalities.
