Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to assist patients in improving mobility and managing pain.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care strategies.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation and injury prevention techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Current NM caregiver account or ability to obtain one.
• Proven experience in physical therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of specialized therapy techniques or equipment.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
