Key Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve patients' speech and language skills.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and progress.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology or similar field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to perform detailed assessments and develop care plans.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of current therapy methods and treatment technologies.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
