Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills.
• Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques across various modalities.
• Track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, families, and caregivers to support patient goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Proven experience in providing speech therapy services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of various therapy techniques and assessment tools.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
