Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills.
- Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques across various modalities.
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, families, and caregivers to support patient goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Proven experience in providing speech therapy services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of various therapy techniques and assessment tools.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
