Key Responsibilities
• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop tailored occupational therapy plans.
• Implement treatment programs to improve patients' daily living and working skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about therapeutic exercises and activities.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong understanding of therapy techniques and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with age-specific therapy approaches (pediatrics, geriatrics, etc.).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
