Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient communication abilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and optimize therapy outcomes.
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Provide patient and family education on communication strategies and exercises.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license or certification.
- Proven experience in speech therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques for a variety of communication disorders.
- Ability to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Familiarity with current speech therapy tools and technologies.
