Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop tailored therapy plans.
• Implement and monitor occupational therapy interventions to improve clients' daily functioning.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (if applicable).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Prior experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
