Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, following established protocols and procedures.
• Manage patient assessments, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring of patient status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
• Float as needed to support staffing needs across various units and campuses.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of RN experience, with some experience in Level 1 or Level 2 units preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
• Experience with stable chronic ventilators and IV starts preferred.
• Ability to pass an online EKG tele competency assessment prior to start.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Travel nursing experience preferred.
• Experience floating between different units or campuses.
• Knowledge of ventilator management and complex patient care.
