Registered Nurse Operating Room
Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, days shifts, 8-hour shifts, with call rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Circulate surgical cases, including preparing and pulling instruments and supplies
- Set up, clean, and reset OR rooms to maintain a sterile environment
- Work from preference cards to ensure surgical procedures meet specifications
- Assist with various surgical procedures across specialties such as general, OB/GYN, urology, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, cardiovascular, and bariatrics
- Utilize equipment including Epic computer charting, Pyxis medication systems, arthroscopic pumps, cautery machines, laser, fracture tables, and C-arm X-ray
- Maintain accurate documentation and note-taking during procedures
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Dakota RN license
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
- Ability to badge in and out at the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with surgical equipment such as arthroscopic pumps and lasers
- Familiarity with computerized charting and medication systems
- Ability to float within peri-operative services, including pre-op, post-op, outpatient infusions, and PACU
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
