Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient dialysis care to patients in a clinical setting.
• Float as needed to satellite locations, including St. Albans and Berlin, ensuring consistent patient care.
• Work scheduled shifts, including some weekends and holiday coverage as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment details using EPIC electronic health records.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain compliance with facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and current RN license on file.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably including previous travel or outpatient dialysis experience.
• Recent EPIC EMR experience (within past 2 years).
• Flexibility to work various shift lengths (8, 10, 12-hour shifts) and to float between locations.
• Ability to work 2 out of 4 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day).
• Reliable transportation, with vehicles equipped for winter months as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in dialysis or outpatient settings.
• Ability to adapt to a variety of shift schedules and work environments.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
