Full-time, night shifts (3x12 hours), on-call possible, floating possible

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit, including pediatrics as needed
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols while maintaining high-quality patient care
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in Meditech electronic charting system
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond to call-ins by arranging for shift coverage as required
• Comply with hospital policies on on-call and floating assignments

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or appropriate compact state
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications (PALS required before start)
• Clinic or hospital telehealth or telemedicine experience preferred
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Ambulatory care experience
• Experience with pediatric patient admissions in a Med Surg setting
• Ability to float between units as needed
