Full-time, Night shift (3X12: 19:00 - 07:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients, including NICU care, in a hospital setting
- Administer treatments and monitor patient response according to physician orders
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records using EPIC system
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Kentucky respiratory therapy license (can submit application with pending license)
- NICU experience and a minimum of 1.5 years overall healthcare experience
- Travel experience preferred
- Certifications: NRP, RRT, BLS, ACLS
- EPIC charting experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
- Experience working in neonatal intensive care units
- Prior travel or agency experience
