Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation
Location: Charleston, WV
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), rotating weekends, 36 or 48 hours per week options
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care for individuals with cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, amputations, spinal cord injuries, neurological conditions, and deconditioning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams including physiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and social workers to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Assist with therapy sessions, providing supervision and support during patient activities and therapy hours
• Monitor patient progress, managing complex medical conditions and documenting care in electronic health records
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, supporting other units as assigned
  Required Qualifications:
• Active WV or Compact RN license (or pending license with immediate activation required)
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience, with at least 1 year in rehabilitation or acute care rehab preferred
• BLS certification (American Heart Association required)
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
  Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience with neurological patients, SCI, TBI, stroke, amputation, neuromuscular disorders, or deconditioning
• Charge nurse experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
