Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float between NICU and PICU/pediatric units as needed, depending on staffing requirements
- Maintain patient safety and comfort through adherence to clinical protocols
- Manage patient conditions with a focus on critical neonatal care
- Document patient care accurately and comprehensively
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of NICU experience
- Valid RN license
- Ability to float between units as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in pediatric or pediatric intensive care units
- Ability to adapt to float assignments across different units
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
