Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.
• Float between units as needed, including NICU and potentially PICU or pediatric units.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience.
• Valid RN license.
• Ability to float between NICU and other pediatric units if necessary.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a children’s hospital or Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.
• Familiarity with pediatric trauma protocols.
• Ability to adapt to changing unit needs and patient populations.
