Key Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures such as PET/CT scans, including Wholebody FDG PET/CT, Brain PET, limited Cardiac PET, and Neuroendocrine Imaging
- Operate PET/CT scanners and ensure quality imaging for oncologic and diagnostic purposes
- Assist with patient preparation, including IV starts and PACS documentation
- Maintain protocol accuracy and patient safety throughout procedures
- Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and departmental policies
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of nuclear medicine experience, including PET, Cardiac, Brain Scan, and Tumor Localization procedures
- Valid state license in nuclear medicine technology
- Certifications: ARRT, NMTCB, BLS
- Experience working in outpatient and inpatient settings
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with PET/CT imaging for oncology and neuroimaging
- Ability to perform IV starts and operate PACS systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
