Location: Shepherdsville, KY

Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including athletes and older adults.
• Maintain productivity of approximately 60 visits per week, managing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up appointments as appropriate to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Adhere to clinic protocols and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Guarantee 36 hours weekly, with the potential to work up to 40 hours.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Kentucky.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to work days shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Outpatient orthopedic experience.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
