Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic and sports injuries.
• Manage a productive caseload, averaging 12-14 patient visits per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure documentation and patient progress notes are completed accurately and timely.
• Adhere to facility policies and seek approval from the Director before working additional overtime hours.
• Potential for float to other clinics within the network, depending on operational needs.

Required Qualifications
• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Missouri or license eligible.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with orthopedic and sports medicine patient care.
• Familiarity with double-booking follow-up visits to optimize productivity.
• Willingness to work with a diverse patient demographic, including first-time travelers and recent graduates.
