Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Assess patient progress and modify therapy programs accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle adjustments to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in rehabilitation or outpatient settings.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
