Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week contract, night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care to adult and pediatric patients in the ICU setting
- Collaborate with a team of nurses and a full-time hospitalist physician to deliver quality care
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform procedures as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and standards
- Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records
- Adapt to a dynamic environment, often working independently with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience, preferably in ICU or critical care
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in rural hospital settings
- Comfortable working in a new, modern facility
- Flexibility to float to other departments within scope of licensure
