Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Apply sound nursing judgment to patient care management decisions.
• Coordinate patient care activities, including teaching, rounding, counseling, and discharge planning.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to healthcare team members.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding the patient’s plan of care.
• Participate in performance improvement, nursing quality, and research activities, integrating findings into clinical practice.
• Maintain responsibility and accountability for delivering safe, competent nursing care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple patient care activities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous medical-surgical nursing experience.
