Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all orthopedic surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques.
- Support in endoscopy and general surgeries as part of the surgical team.
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are ready for procedures.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols during surgeries.
- Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to facilitate smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Tech (CST or equivalent).
- Prior experience working in orthopedic surgery.
- Knowledge of sterilization procedures and surgical instrument handling.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with endoscopy procedures.
- Comfort working in a rural/hospital setting in mountain resort areas.
