Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized intensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage patient care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and perform procedures such as chest tube management and trauma care.
• Document patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ICU and progressive care experience.
• Current and valid licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Certifications including ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale.
• Experience with chest tubes, trauma surgeries, or similar critical care procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with stroke care or trauma units.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
