Therapist - Respiratory Therapist
Location: Charlottesville, VA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 13-week contract, Night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical reviews and facilitate auto offers, with managers making offers post-review.
• Communicate with candidates via phone after offers are extended.
• Provide respiratory therapy services in a pediatric hospital setting, including Level IV NICU experience.
• Work scheduled nights with every other weekend, and be available to work 2 out of 3 winter holidays.
• Utilize a self-scheduling model, with detailed explanation provided during the interview call.
• Ensure high-quality patient care in a children's hospital environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• BLS and PALS certifications.
• VA license (or eligible for a temporary license if licensed in another state and able to obtain a temp before start).
• Previous Level IV NICU experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Cardiac PICU experience.
• Additional certifications like ACCS are a plus.
