Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic echocardiograms on adult and pediatric patients.
- Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate data collection.
- Assist in maintaining ultrasound equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to support diagnostic procedures.
- Adhere to departmental policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- A.R.D.M.S./CCI registered or registry eligible, or comparable national accreditation.
- Valid State of New Mexico Echo Sonographer License.
- BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of actively performing echocardiograms preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Two years of echocardiogram experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
- Manual dexterity suited for performing diagnostic procedures.
