Job Title

• Full-time, Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), Travel

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized critical care nursing to ICU patients, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care.
• Coordinate and implement care plans tailored to the patient's age and clinical needs.
• Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatment, responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document clinical observations and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Current RN license for New Mexico or valid compact state license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications via AHA.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of ICU standards of care and patient safety protocols.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in an ICU or critical care setting.
• Strong assessment and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as patient transfers and emergency responses.
