Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts (day shifts), rotating nights (7pm-7:30am / 7am-7:30pm)
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on medical-surgical and telemetry units.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and document clinical observations accurately.
• Recognize and respond to patient emergencies, including ECG rhythm interpretation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and licensing requirements.
• Assist during orientation assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate competency tests.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 18 months of permanent experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing prior to travel assignment.
• Minimum of 18 months recent experience in MS/Telemetry, including travel experience.
• Valid Ohio nursing license or Compact State license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to work at least every other holiday.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working rotating day/night shifts.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation tools such as Qualivis – Lotus.
