Full-time, night shifts, 13-16 week contract
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care for a mixed acuity unit including medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
- Manage IV starts, tracheostomy care, and other advanced nursing duties.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient treatment plans.
- Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels as needed.
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of registered nurse experience.
- Valid BCLS certification.
- EPIC electronic health record experience.
- Strong skills in IV starts, telemetry, and tracheostomy management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Oncology experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous travel nurse experience is a plus.
- Flexibility with self-scheduling requests during orientation and beyond.
