• Full-time, night shift, 13-week contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care in a combined adult/pediatric emergency department.
• Manage trauma and non-trauma emergencies including stroke, STEMI, neurological injuries, and traumatic injuries.
• Interpret dysrhythmias and manage arterial lines, central lines, and blood product administration.
• Administer IV medications, sedation, and vasopressors with precision.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and effective treatment during high-acuity situations.
• Implement and follow isolation precautions and triage protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency department nursing experience.
• Proficiency in interpreting ABGs, managing IVs, and administering procedural sedation.
• Experience with neuro, ortho-trauma, and pediatric emergency cases.
• Ability to handle high-acuity trauma, stroke, and cardiac emergencies.
• Willingness to work holidays and every other weekend.
• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted with no RTO for the first two weeks; maximum of 3 days of RTO allowed during assignment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certification or experience in trauma or stroke care.
• Experience interpreting dysrhythmias and managing complex trauma cases.
