Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the setup and operation of Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures.
• Support the surgical team during cardiac and vascular surgeries, ensuring a sterile and efficient environment.
• Assist with case carts, instrumentation, and supplies before, during, and after procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sterilization protocols.
• Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth surgical workflows.
• May assist with non-cardiac cases as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Strong CVOR and vascular surgical technology experience.
• 3+ years of perioperative technical experience.
• Current certification from NBSTSA or NCCT preferred (not required).
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to see and adapt to different OR setups and procedures.
• Experience with cardiac OR procedures and call support.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Vascular surgical experience.
• Previous work in a teaching or trauma facility.
• Ability to float within scope to different facilities.
