Key Responsibilities
• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and sterilizing instruments and supplies
• Support surgical teams during operative cases, maintaining sterile environment
• Float to other ambulatory sites as needed to ensure coverage
• Document clinical procedures accurately within the EPIC system
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols throughout surgical operations
Required Qualifications
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist
• Experience with EPIC documentation system
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient or ambulatory surgery centers
• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and floating responsibilities
