Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and patient needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain compliance with all state licensure and facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Current Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Valid state licensure for physical therapy practice.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work five days per week.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a similar clinical or senior care environment.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
